Bunun üzerine 50.000 Yunanlı taşıyan 1000 gemiyle Truva’ya savaş açarlar. Yunanlı kahraman Aşil’in de desteği ile Yunanlılar, asla yenilmeyen Truvalılar ile savaşa başlarlar. Ancak Hektor, karşısında durmak zorunda kalırlar. Film, Wolfgang Petersen’in merceğinden, bu mücadeleyi ve çizilmekte olan kaderin hikayesini anlatır.
